Foxy: A Structured Training Plan for Women

From Todoroff Performance

A training routine is easier to organize when you know what you are following. Instead of choosing a different workout every time you open your phone, a structured plan gives your week a starting point.

Foxy is our training membership for women, with a focus on glute training. It brings together three main workouts each week, additional glute-focused sessions and a plan that changes monthly while retaining key movement patterns. [1]

This overview explains how the membership fits into a training routine, what the app can help you record and how a training plan differs from personal one-to-one coaching.

Who the Plan Is For

Foxy may suit women who want a defined training plan with an emphasis on glutes, and who prefer following a program over building each session from scratch. Its three main weekly workouts provide a framework you can consider alongside your work, family and other commitments.

Before choosing any membership, look at the practical fit: the time you can set aside, the equipment available to you and whether you understand the movements in the plan. If those details are unclear, ask about them before deciding. A program should make your next steps clearer.

What the Training Plan Includes

The Foxy offer includes three main workouts weekly, with extra sessions focused on glutes. The program adapts each month while keeping familiar movement patterns. Its stated approach is progressive overload: training follows a planned progression rather than a collection of unrelated sessions. [1]

That structure gives you something consistent to follow and review. Use the instructions in your assigned program for the details of each session. This article introduces the membership; it does not set exercise choices, weights or repetitions for you.

Plan Your Week and Record Your Workouts

Start with your calendar. Identify the time you can realistically give to the main sessions, then check that against the program schedule. Keeping a regular place for training can reduce the number of decisions you need to make on a busy day.

Foxy uses app-based delivery. The Trainerize client app supports viewing assigned programs and schedules, starting workouts and recording workout statistics. Those records give you a way to revisit what you completed instead of relying on memory. [2] [3]

Keep your entries useful and consistent. Recording a session is a practical reference for your next visit, rather than a competition to produce a perfect-looking training history.

A Training Plan and Personal Coaching

A training membership gives you a program to follow. Personal one-to-one coaching is a different service, where the scope may include individual assessment, programming decisions and agreed check-ins. Access to an app does not, by itself, mean that every exercise or schedule has been designed specifically for you.

The Foxy membership page describes its included support, including additional features for the annual option. Read those details rather than assuming that a plan includes unlimited personal coaching. If you want ongoing individual adjustments or a particular type of feedback, clarify the service you need before joining. [1]

View the Membership Options

Foxy has monthly and annual membership options. The programs page is the place to compare the current offer, included support and membership details. Check the available start date and payment terms on the destination before making your choice.

Choose based on the structure and support you want to use. A clear plan, a realistic place in your week and a record of your sessions are practical foundations for following a routine. Your experience and results will still depend on your circumstances.
