What Your First Month with Foxy Can Look Like

Sometimes the hardest part of starting a strength programme is imagining what happens after you join. Will you know what to do when you reach the gym? Will you spend the first twenty minutes choosing exercises? Will the plan ask for more days than you can realistically give it?

Those are useful questions. A programme has to make sense in the ordinary moments of your week, from a busy day at work to an unfamiliar piece of equipment. Knowing what is already planned can make the choice easier.

Foxy is Todoroff Performance’s strength programme for women, combining full-body training with a focus on glute development. Its three main weekly workouts provide a starting structure, with two optional glute sessions available for additional focus.

A workout you do not have to invent

There is a difference between wanting to train and wanting to design every training session. Saving exercises from social media can be inspiring, but you still have to decide how to put them together.

With Foxy, the workout is already prepared in the app. Exercises, sets, repetitions and instructions give the session its structure. You arrive with something to follow, so your attention can move from choosing the routine to understanding the work in front of you.

The main sessions generally include around six to eight exercises. Upper-body pushing and pulling appear alongside squats, hinges, bridges, hip thrusts and other lower-body movements. Your goal for stronger glutes has a place within a wider strength routine.

A reference while the exercises become familiar

Your first visits may involve learning a new setup or checking the details of an exercise you have seen before. That is a normal part of getting to know a programme, and it is one reason to allow some space around your first sessions.

Foxy includes an instructional video for every exercise. You can see the movement before trying it and return to the demonstration when you need a reminder. Having the reference alongside the workout is more convenient than searching for another explanation halfway through a session.

The videos guide your understanding; individual technique assessment is a different kind of help. If strength training is new to you, check that the current exercises suit your experience and seek hands-on guidance where needed.

A clear commitment, with optional additions

The three full-body sessions are the core of Foxy. Glute One and Glute Two offer additional work, but completing both is not a condition of following the programme. In your first month, that distinction leaves room to become familiar with the main workload.

The optional sessions vary in format and length, and additional work still needs to fit your recovery. Having a choice means the available programme can offer more focus without requiring five visits every week.

Looking beyond the first few visits

Across a block, you have opportunities to return to the exercises and keep track of what you completed. The weights, repetitions and movements that initially felt unfamiliar can become easier to recognise in your own training notes. Those details give your first month more meaning than a deadline for a particular appearance.

Foxy brings new workouts every four to five weeks, so the next block is part of the programme. Before joining, check that its gym equipment requirements and session length fit your circumstances; the time needed varies with the block and your pace.

If prepared workouts, exercise demonstrations and a clear glute emphasis sound useful for your training, explore Foxy and its current membership details. You can decide whether this is the kind of structure you want around your next month in the gym.
